Are you insured?

Yes, I do have business insurance.

Do you require a traveling fee?

I do not require travel fees if you are within 50 miles of my home in Brunswick, Ohio. If you are 50+ miles from my home you will incur an additional travel fee. Fee will include a $.65 per mile charge for every mile over 50 and lodging expenses depending on the location.

How do you communicate with your clients?

All communication is done via email as that is what I check regularly. If there are any urgent matters we can communicate via text/call.

Will we get printing rights?

You will have full printing and download rights for your photos. I also have a print shop located within your digital gallery for easy printing from a professional print lab. You are not required to print through this print shop but the photos will come from a professional print lab and be true to color. Another option is to download and print from wherever you please but note some of the colors may be slightly off when you do not go through a professional print lab.

Will you share the raw (unedited) photos with us?

No, I do not provide clients with raw photos. Editing is half of my art and one of the main reasons you booked me as your photographer.

Do you offer discounts?

No, I do not. Giving out discounts isn’t fair to my full paying clients.

How do you deliver your final galleries?

Final gallery will be delivered via a digital online gallery with full download and printing rights. Photos will be available through the online platform for 30 days for sessions and 1 year for weddings. I strongly urge you to download full gallery and save to an external hard drive for your personal use and safe keeping.

What happens if the weather is bad for our session?

It depends on the forecast! If it is gloomy and sprinkling I will recommend that we embrace it because different weather can make for fun and unique photos. If it is pouring or absolutely terrible we will work to get a rescheduled date on the calendar.

How many photos do you deliver?

I estimate around 50 photos per hour for sessions and 75 per hour for weddings.

Will you post my photos on social media or in any of your marketing?

Yes, your photos may be shared in my marketing efforts. In my contract there is a line that clients initial which states I may use their photos for marketing purposes. If a client wishes for their photos to not be shared that can be discussed at the signing of their contract for an additional fee. The only exception to this is Boudoir where I always ask permission before sharing any photos and there is no photo release signed line in the contract for client privacy.
