Getting to know you is my top priority and my favorite part of this process. Imagine a scrapbook filled with not just one milestone moment of your life but all of them. From engagements, to family portraits and everything in-between I want to make you feel as special as possible every single step of the way.

I can and will cater this experience to you. I am loyal to my core (seriously just ask all my people and they will tell you) which means I’m not going to make this just a general experience that is one size fits all.

You found your person. I love to see it and even more, I love to photograph it! To see you blossom, possibly coming to your shoot feeling a little closed off and leaving feeling comfortable in front of the camera and on top of the world is my goal. That being said, you already found your person and most likely you’re each others safe place. Between having them and my process to get to know you I promise this will be an open environment where you can open up and feel yourself evolving. I love the joy I can grab through people in my photos.

When someone inquires, they get a very detailed email from me and a link that shares any resources that this specific shoot will need. If it’s a wedding they will get an investment guide and a link to schedule a call (highly encouraged for us to mesh), if it’s an engagement shoot you may get a location guide, and so on! However, the most important part of this step is getting to know YOU as an individual and as a couple. We will be in touch before your shoot but this is the foundation I need to help get you out of your comfort zone and playing in front of the camera!

I want to capture the moments that aren’t posed. Because let’s be honest, who wants a photo that makes you cringe? No one. I want to capture things as they are happening, in the moment, during real time. The ordinary moments that you don’t think are extraordinary, but are! The laughing, dancing, hugging your grandma, whispering secrets in one’s ear, and the tears during those vows of yours. Those are the money shots! You may have a list of photos you want taken and I’ll get those … I promise! But, I guarantee you’re going to love the candid shots and cherish those for legacies to come.

There is a reason for the light and airy. I personally love the bright and natural look. Why? It’s timeless and truly lives on forever. I took my own advice for my wedding and I never look back at my photos and think “Well that was on trend for the moment and I don’t even really like the feel anymore.” I feel like my style of work will live on forever and will pass on generationally.

Most of my client work is capturing your big moments and I want them to live on how they truly looked. I don’t alter photos to make things look different than they are. I want it to look as close as it did in real life, just elevated a bit. Here’s to the moments that won’t fade!
